Our job would be easier if all we had to do was worry about getting you through the warranty period. At RODCO, our service doesn't stop there. Our Preventative Maintenance Program (PMP) consists of a single visit per machine where we change oil and filters, check machine level, backlash, and alignments, and inspect the machine thoroughly. We perform a range of adjustments, clean and inspect cooling fans as well as electrical panels. In addition, a reprot will be developed documenting turret alignment, spindle alignment, backlash status, and identifying and corrective measures that should be addressed beyond the scope of the PMP. Major corrective repairs can be performed to service availability and scheduling, at special reduced rates under a separate service order. This program is meant to assure maximum performance and reliability of your equipment. Our Service Engineers are here to help.
